Frazier Sizemore Scholarships in the amount of $1000 each will be awarded annually to a senior from William Campbell High School and a senior from Altavista High School who has confirmed attendance to Lynchburg College beginning in the fall semester. Applications are available in guidance. Deadline to apply is April 27th.

JV Softball please come by Coach Cheatham’s class to pick up contracts.

There will be a FCA meeting Thursday after school from 3-3:30 in Mr. Heath’s room. All are welcome.

Attention senior officers and council:  There will be a brief meeting in the Art room tomorrow during I/E time.  Please be prompt.

Future Educators Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to a student graduating from Campbell County Public Schools in June 2015, who is committed to a career in public education and will continue his/her education at an accredited college or university. Criteria is based on Scholastic achievement, SAT or ACT scores, community involvement, characteristics demonstrating potential for success in college, and traits indicative of being an effective public school teacher. Applications are in guidance.  Deadline to apply is April 15th.

Colonial Agricultural Educational Foundation is awarding scholarships to students with an agricultural background majoring in an agricultural related field. Applications are available online at www.colonialfarmcredit.com/scholarships. Deadline to apply online is March 1st.  **Due to a typo in the Colonial Farm Credit newsletter the application deadline is being extended to March 30th.

Prom tickets will go on sale Wednesday morning.  The cost of each ticket is $25.  Please see Mr. Cheatham or Marano to purchase.  Also if there is any junior or senior who failed to sign up for prom and wishes to attend see Mrs. Dunn ASAP.

Students attending prom; there is a song box located in the cafeteria.  Please fill out the slips with your song selections and drop in the box. 

Seniors please turn in your last will and testaments to Mrs. Dunn, Mr. Cheatham, or Mr. Marano.

FFA members need to attend contest practice Thursday at 3 p.m.

The CVCC Educational Foundation will be accepting scholarship applications through our new online application program.  The program can be accessed through our webpage gocvcc.edu/scholarships.  The deadline for Honors Scholarship Applications is March 31, 2015.  Students eligible to apply for an Honors Scholarship are graduating seniors in the top 25% of their class.  Along with completion of the online application, students will need to upload a copy of their transcript and a recommendation form.  All other scholarship applications will be processed monthly on a first-come, first served basis until all funds are

You’re in luck high and middle school.  The yearbook price of $55 has been extended through April 3-this is no April Fool’s joke.  Please reserve your copy today and see Mrs. McGuire in room 110 for the first combined school yearbook.

Any student attending prom whose date is not from WC should pick up a guest form from the main office.  All applications are due back by April 4th.
