Informational Visit and On-Site Admission Day

All Juniors and Seniors interested in learning more about Longwood University are encouraged to attend the information session on Friday, Sept. 13th during I/E. In addition, Longwood University will be conducting on-site admissions for Seniors on this day as well.  *This means that Seniors can meet with Longwood admissions counselors here at WC and find out if they are accepted that day.  Students wishing take part in the on-site admissions program need only to complete Longwood University’s online application and let Mrs. Faulconer in the Counseling office know of their intention to participate.

Attention 10th and 11th graders: The PSAT's will be held on October 16th. ALL 10th graders will be taking this test for free and DO NOT need to sign up. Any 11th grader who would also like to take the PSAT MUST sign up in the Guidance Office by Wednesday, October 4th. The cost for 11th graders to test is $17. However, some fee waivers are available on a first come, first serve basis. 11th graders should take the PSAT if they are college bound as it also serves as a scholarship competition and prepares for the SAT's in the spring. Please see Mrs. Faulconer in the counseling office to register. Be aware that there is no make-up testing date for the PSAT's.

The SAT's (without the essay) will be offered for free to all seniors on Wednesday, October 16th. Signing up is easy! All seniors need to do is come by the school counseling office to sign up. You DO NOT need to sign up using a Collegeboard account. All seniors need to sign up by October 4th. This is a great opportunity to take your SAT's without having to test on a Saturday and will save you $49. Sign up today!!

The 2020 General yearbook will be on sale for $45.00, with an additional charge of $5.00 with your name on it, through September 30th. After that date, the price will go up to $55.00.

Are you addicted to drama? Theater is back at William Campbell! If you are interested in being a party of this exciting club, please visit the sign-up sheets outside of Ms. Hase and Mr. McWilliams' classrooms. We will have an interest meeting during I/E during the week of September 16th. Stay tuned for the date.

Attention Juniors and Seniors:  A representative from ASVAB will be at WC on Friday, September 20th to administer the ASVAB Career Exploration Test.  Testing will start at 8:05 a.m.  Students need to sign up in Guidance by September 18th

Attention Seniors: If you plan on attending a 2 or 4-year college/university next year, please plan on attending our college financial aid information session September 17th at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium. This session should be attended by the parent and student. You DO NOT need to sign up to attend. This session will cover how to apply for college financial aid. We look forward to seeing you!!
